Skystar was tired but she had a lot of work to do. She sighed and jumped up to highledge. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath highledge fo a clan meeting!" she yowled. She waited for Cherrykit to exit the nursury.

Cherrypaw ran up to the highrock. It was a regular, regular weather, regular temperatures. Even so, it was beautiful. The sky was a breath taking bright blue. Cherrypaw looked around, smiling.

(( Uh.. YOU!! I'm doing Cherrypaw's apprentice ceremony!))
Skystar looked around and saw Cherrykit grinning. "It has come to my attention that I have forgotton to make a kit an appprentice. Cherrykit, you have reached your sixth moon. I have decided I will be your mentor." she paused and looked at the cat's reaction's, " And until you recieve your warrior name you will be known as Cherrypaw!" Grinning she jumped down from highledge and touched noses with her apprentice.

"I hope your ready for some training!" Skystar purred, "We're going to be working on your hunting ang fighting skills Cherrypaw!" Laughing she led Cherrypaw to the training hollow and sat down.

Cherrrypaw nodded and smiled. She felt nervous and surprised, being a very shy cat. What could she say? The apprentice was breathless with giddy and excitment.
''Coming, Skystar!'' Cherrypaw murmered. She bounced after Skystar, full of energy. The kit beamed from head to paws. The day was bright. Skystar's pelt shined. Cherrypaw was very proud.
What surprsised the 'paw was that she'd dreamed this the night before. The whole event had been exactly the same. It was all strange. Cherrypaw took no note of it, however. She was proud, happy, and excited to care much.
